Seeking agents for a Real Estate Broker Panel (Paid Consulting Position)
Morgan Stanley is conducting ongoing real estate market research in various geographic regions around the country. They are currently seeking to contract with agents to participate in this consulting opportunity. The time commitment would be approximately 30 minutes once/month for at least 1 year. Compensation offered is $80/month. Well-networked, full-time agents with at least 5 years experience will be considered and asked to provide monthly summaries of real estate conditions in their marketplace. Summaries should include reports of number of active listings, pending sales, and sold transactions for the month and local "color" such as foreclosure activity (up or down), market activity (slow or hot), anything unusual or of note.
